**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programming**: Create, modify, and optimize VMC programs using Mastercam software for efficient machining operations.
- **Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and manage VMC (Machine: VL850) with Mitsubishi controllers, ensuring smooth and precise operation.
- **Tool Setup & Calibration**: Select appropriate tools, set up tooling, and perform calibration to achieve desired accuracy and precision.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any programming or operational issues that may arise during machining.
- **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance on the VMC machine to ensure its proper functioning and longevity.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machining programs, tool usage, and maintenance activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production processes and timely completion of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in VMC programming and operation using Mitsubishi controllers.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of Mastercam for programming.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or CNC Programming is preferred.
- **Skills**: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
- **Machine Type**: VL850 with Mitsubishi Controller.

**Other Benefits**:

- **Work Location**: Vasai (East), with bus facility available from Vasai Station for easy commuting.
- As facilities will be start after one year. (i.e. Bonus, Holidays etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
