**Position**: VMC Operator and Programmer
**Location**: W-82 & 83 MIDC, Industrial area, Hingna road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India 440016
**Salary band**: 16k to 19k
**Department**: Production

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**: Set up, operate, and calibrate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- **Programming**: Create and edit CNC programs using G-code/M-code or CAM software.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
- **Maintenance**: Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with engineers and supervisors to meet production targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in VMC operation and CNC programming.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in G-code/M-code programming.
- Familiar with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Knowledge of tools, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform quality checks.

**Behavioral Traits**:

- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
