## *Responsibilities*
### *Telecalling Duties*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with property inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a database of client information and update records regularly.
- Follow up with potential clients to generate leads and schedule property viewings.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
### *Office Assistant Duties*
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Assist with paperwork, documentation, and filing related to property transactions.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.
- Support the marketing team with basic tasks, such as preparing brochures or updating listings.
## *Requirements*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and [Insert Local Language, if required].
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
## *Preferred Qualifications*
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software or tools for managing client data.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks effectively.
