**JOB DESCRIPTION-**

**-Demonstrating and presenting products, Establishing new business**

**-Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, Negotiating contracts and packages**

**-Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.**

**-Co-ordinate with International/Domestic Clients, Correspond with Buyers/Seller House, Manage Costing**

**-Planning and developing merchandising strategies**

**-Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs**

**-Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales**

**-Develops a competitive merchandise assortment plan**

**-Implement the Strategy with trend, market & competitor analysis**

**-Build strong product assortment with suppliers, negotiates pricing and inventory in assigned categories**

**-Regularly review supplier base and supplier strategy, to include product sell-through rate, quality, lead times and margin**

**-Maintaining and managing critical path for new & existing products**

**-Coordinate the release of new product ranges**

**-Define product training materials and conduct training to the Sales Team.**

**-Monitor Sales, Stocks and sell-thru performance and provide guidance and support to Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams.**

**-Manage plans for stock levels and react to changes in demand and logistics.**

**-Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.**
