**As a Computer Scientist 1, you will be responsible for**:
Crafting and implementing robust, scalable software solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and successfully implement new features
Mentoring junior engineers and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement
Ensuring flawless integration of various backend services
Participating in code reviews and maintaining high coding standards
Working within Scrum or similar agile frameworks to deliver projects on time Required Skills/Experience
5-7 years of software engineering experience
Strong coding experience in solving complex problems involving data structures and algorithms
Sound knowledge of OOP with Java preferably being the primary programming language
Strong experience in Java, JS, Microservices
Solid understanding of technologies like AWS Lambda, SQS, Dynamo DB/SQL, AWS Cloud Infra, Google Firebase etc.
Prior experience in mentoring junior Engineers on the team
Should have worked on projects that follow Scrum or similar agile development methodology
Experience in Continuous Integration and/or Continuous Delivery is desired
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
