We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision/ML Engineer to join our team focused on machine vision problems. As a Computer Vision/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge computer vision algorithms to ensure the highest quality standards for our products. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement computer vision and machine learning algorithms to detect and classify defects in manufacturing facility - Preprocess and augment project datasets. - Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and machine learning related to defect detection and classification. - Optimize and fine-tune existing computer vision models to achieve high accuracy and efficiency in classification. - Conduct thorough experiments and evaluate the performance of models using appropriate metrics and benchmarks. - Research and develop innovative solutions to address challenges in solving the problem. - Work closely with software engineers to integrate the models into final production systems. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 3-4 years of professional experience in computer vision and machine learning, with a focus on object detection and classification. - Strong knowledge of computer vision fundamentals, including image preprocessing, feature extraction, object detection, and image segmentation. - Proficient in Python. - Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Familiarity with data augmentation techniques, filtering, and contour extraction. - Knowledge of state-of-the-art computer vision models and techniques applicable to defect detection and classification tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience working on projects related to quality control or inspection in manufacturing environments. - Familiarity with industrial imaging systems and techniques. - Understanding of parallel computing and GPU optimization for accelerated model training and inference. **Benefits**: - Opportunity to define your career path and not as enforced by a manager - A great consulting environment with a chance to work with Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. - A dynamic but relaxed and supportive working environment that encourages personal development. - Be part of One Extended Family.
