**Role Overview**

We are looking for an **Facility Incharge** who can ensure **world-class cleanliness standards**, manage **internet infrastructure needs**, and handle **basic electrical requirements** of the office. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can work with vendors, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cleanliness & Facility Management**
- Ensure the office/Lab premises maintain **top-class hygiene and cleanliness standards** at all times.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and vendors for daily upkeep and sanitation.
- Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure hygiene SOPs are followed.
- Raise requirements for cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock management.

**Internet Infrastructure Support**
- Coordinate with internet service providers (ILL/Broadband) to ensure smooth connectivity.
- Monitor uptime and escalate issues promptly for quick resolution.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi issues before escalating to IT/vendor.
- Maintain documentation of internet-related assets (routers, switches, cabling).

**Electrical & Maintenance Support**
- Support in monitoring basic **electrical systems** like lighting, UPS, and power points.
- Coordinate with electricians/vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Report and track any power or electrical safety issues.
- Assist in small-scale office electrical setups (e.g., workstation power, minor fittings).

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Graduate in **Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Networking/Facilities**.
- 2-5 years of experience in **administration, facility support, or office maintenance**.
- Basic knowledge of **internet networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)** and **electrical safety**.
- Good vendor management and coordination skills.
- Strong eye for detail, with a proactive approach to cleanliness and maintenance.
- Effective communication skills in English and local language.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
