Job Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Stay at par with current recruiting trends and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Hands on experience with various sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Hands-on experience in bulk hiring, and hiring blue collar workers are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata - 700064, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
