Experience - 5yrs to 7yrs

salary - uptp 80k per month

**Job Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities and address their challenges.

3. Sales and Revenue:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Strategic Planning:Work with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.Identify new markets and business lines to diversify revenue streams.

5. Cross Functional Collaborations:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.Provide feedback from the market to contribute to product/service enhancements.

6. Reporting and Analyze:Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
