**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze and understand the purpose of the data being entered/maintained.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Conduct routine data quality audits and verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Perform regular backups and maintain data archives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
- Generate data reports and summaries for internal teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
- Support system upgrades or data migration projects when required.
- Adhere to data governance and compliance standards.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduation in any field.
- 0-1 year of experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional record keeping and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to keep track of multiple data rules
- Ability to recognize subtle differences in data
- Ability to research errors and find their source in order to prevent further occurrences
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
