**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting Management**:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, including daily transactions, invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Record and monitor all accounting entries related to sales, purchases, and payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and trial balances.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction or operational improvements.
- Provide insights to the management team on financial performance.
- **Bookkeeping & Data Entry**:
- Enter all financial transactions into Tally and Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial documents and transactions.
- **Excel Reporting & Analysis**:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to create and manage detailed financial reports and dashboards.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling using Excel tools.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and analyzing trends.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:
- Assist with GST calculations, filing of GST returns, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate tax records and assist in audit preparations.
- Stay updated with tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- **Accounts Receivable & Payable**:
- Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure vendors are paid on time.
- Maintain updated accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Provide support to the senior accounts team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits.
- Handle any other accounting-related tasks as required by the management team.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within a printing press or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Knowledge of GST and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
