Location - Guwahati.
- Managing Help desk tickets.
- Providing tier-1 support.
- Following up with customers/Clients to ensure full resolution of tickets raised.

Skills - Excellent communication (mandatory), Microsoft/Linux Systems Administration(Desired), or Computer Science background (desired).
