As a Production and Installation Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and installation of our IoT solutions. You will be involved in various stages of the projects, from component ordering to system installation at client site to module assembly and performance testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Component Ordering and Management**:

- Identify the required components for IoT devices.
- Collaborate with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries.
- **Inventory and Storage Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for components and devices.
- Organize component storage to ensure availability based on production needs.
- **IoT Device Assembly**:

- Assemble IoT devices using your skills in electronics and mechanics.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of finished products to internal standards.
- **Testing IoT Devices**:

- Conduct rigorous tests to ensure proper functionality of the devices.
- Identify and troubleshoot any performance issues.
- **Packaging and Shipping**:

- Prepare finished products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure fast and efficient deliveries.
- **Client On-site Installations**:

- Participate in on-site installations of systems at customer locations.
- Provide training to clients on product usage and maintenance.
- **Internal Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to the development and optimization of production and installation processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- **System Support**:

- Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues encountered by clients post-installation.
- **Large-Scale Deployments**:

- Assist in the large-scale deployment of IoT solutions developed by WEBREATHE.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a relevant field. (eg: Automotive electrician/technician, etc.)
- Experience in "Rolling Stock" (Trains, Metros, etc.) will be a plus.
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering will be a plus.
- Should have solid skills in electronics and mechanics.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with inventory and order management tools.
- Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and software relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites or project locations as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
