Job Description:
Property Advisor (Voice Process Outbound)

Summary:

- Client Acquisition role involves generating leads from a given database & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

- Verified Leads (Lead Generation) - Outbound Voice Process

Work Location : Noida

Language Preference:

- Advance English

Experience:

- Fresher / Min 1 year experience in Lead generating Inside sales/ Pre-sales

Shift time:

- 9:30AM - 6:30PM / 10AM - 7PM

**Salary**:

- UPTO 32k CTC or based on current

Cab facility:

- SELF

Gender:

- Male or Female

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- 1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

2. Accurately recording details of customers & purchase orders

3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue

5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups

6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

7. Using sales scripts preferred by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections

8. Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

Desired Skills:

- 1. Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal in English

2. Should be flexible for Voice process (Sales)

3. Work as per business requirements

4. Should have experience in customer service and integrity.

Direct Walkin Interview:
Walkins : Monday - Saturday

Timings: 9:30AM - 4:30PM

Location - Magicbricks Reality Services. B-20, sector-3, Noida (Near Noida sector-16 Metro Station towards Gate No. 1 side)
