4 - 6 years- Lower Parel, Mumbai- 4-5.5 Lacs P.A.New vendor development for existing material & development. Vendor Registration forms to be received when a new vendor is to be added. Approved vendor list & take internal change control. Follow-up for the vendors payment from the accounts department
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Purchase for Raw Material, Packaging material, etc
- Send the enquiry for required material as per requirement and get the sample from suppliers
- Get the Quotation & make comparison statement for material and get the approval from reporting Director
- Negotiations with the vendor and ensure to get confirmation on the same
- To enter purchase order
- Continuous follow up from the vendors for the delivery of material and ensure the material reaches on time
- Follow up for timely delivery and pending orders
- Verify the bill passing as per GRN with purchase order Intimate vendor if material is rejection or wrong material received & return to vendor
