**Job Objective**
- We are looking for a Purchase Executive to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations.
- Purchase Executive responsibilities include conducting research by evaluating potential vendors, negotiating contracts, updating records and preparing reports.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Maintain database - update and maintain records of all orders, and file all material requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and received stock as per company’s SOP.
- As per the guideline and process initiate the purchasing process, call for quotations.
- Prepare PO's in ERP system
- Support and assist Management by providing necessary data as and when required.
- Compare the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI.
- Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
- Visit factories, suppliers, vendors, etc. as and when required for quality check.

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- Proven work experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role will be preferred.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
