We Requires Post of **Purchase Executive**at Lower Parel.

Designation:

- Purchase Executive at Lower Parel.

Key Responsibilities

1. RM-PM Stock Coordination
- Assist in checking RM and PM closing stock reports received from factories.
- Help reconcile opening and closing stock data and flag discrepancies.

2. Purchase Order Execution
- Calculate material shortages based on production plans and communicate needs to vendors.
- Collect and verify quotations from approved suppliers.
- Prepare and upload Purchase Orders (POs) in the CBO system after approvals.

3. Vendor & Dispatch Coordination
- Follow up with vendors for timely material dispatches.
- Track and maintain dispatch records in Excel.
- Coordinate with transporters for delivery scheduling and status updates.

4. Documentation & Billing Support
- Collect and verify transport and vendor invoices as per agreed terms.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies within timelines.
- Maintain updated records of tax invoices and coordinate approvals from senior management.

5. Data Management in CBO
- Follow up with factories for RM-PM inward reports.
- Support timely and accurate purchase entry in the CBO system, including reconciliation.

6. Payment Coordination
- Submit vendor bills and invoices to the Accounts team for payment processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers for advance payment requests and Proforma invoices.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for received payments.

Working Days | Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed
