**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and tech meetups.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging hiring trends and technologies in the IT space.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
