This role is a combination of both inbound and outbound process.

The incumbent will be required to attend customer queries and grievances which is 90% of the role while remaining 10% will be into outbound calling wherein they'll have to do welcome calls, explain company product information and portal navigation to customers & clients.

The incumbent must be fluent in English and Hindi and can be considered from any industry as long as they have relevant experience in voice process and are flexible to continue working with the same.

The incumbent shall be flexible working on a rotational basis including public holidays for any five days of the week from Monday to Sunday (any 2 week offs would be granted) based on the weekly roaster.

**Salary**: ₹9,166.20 - ₹28,355.52 per month
