Customer Service Voice Process + Upselling*
- Hiring for Assistant Manager *[Deputy Manager]*
- Need minimum 6 months to 2 years of BPO customer service experience.
- *Key requirement*
1) To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the
queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
2) To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call.
- Shift Timings : *Rotational* Males - 24*7, Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours)
- *6 Days working,1 rotational off for first 3 months then 5 days working, 2 RO*
- Salary : Up to 35,000 CTC
- Age - Up to 29 years
- No transportation facility.
- Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur), Airoli to Seawoods.
*No western line*

Medical Billing (Claim Settlement) Blended Process

- Shift Timings
- 5.30 pm - 2.00 am / 6.30 pm - 3.30 am / 8.30 pm - 5.30 am
- Salary Range:

- AR Trainee - 10,700 (during training) 12,250 Net+5k incentives
- AR Associate - 15,000 - 17,000 Net +5k incentives.
- WO - 5 days working (2 FO)
- Age - 18 yrs to 40 yrs

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BPO voice: 1 year (preferred)
