Urgent Hiring for WFM Exective for international BPO

**Night Shift**

**Must have experience for WFM with experience of 4-6 years from the Customer Service/ BPO industry**.International **BPO industry.**
- WFM Professional:
1. Forecasting - Predict call volumes, customer interactions, or workload. Analyze historical data, trends, and business changes. Estimate how many staff will be needed daily/hourly.

2. Staff Scheduling - Create efficient staff schedules to meet demand. Balance shift timings, breaks, and off days. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee preferences (where possible).

3. Real-Time Monitoring - Monitor live performance (e.g., call queues, agent availability). Adjust staffing or shift plans on the fly to handle unexpected demand or absenteeism.

4. Capacity Planning - Plan long-term resource needs based on future campaigns, hiring, attrition, etc.

5. Reporting & Analysis - Generate performance reports on metrics like shrinkage, adherence, occupancy, and service levels. Provide insights to management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Communication & Coordination - Work closely with HR, operations, and training teams to align hiring, onboarding, and capacity plans.

Salary Max 6 LPA

Work from office

Day shift 5 days working
