**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry is desirable.
- Experience in Client acquisition and new business and achieve revenue target.
- Experience in Client interaction, Client facing in any industry.
- Experience in recruitment end to end.

**Position Summary**:
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively generate Client leads, identify potential clients and bring new business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate Client leads, identify potential clients and bring new business.
- Client acquisition, new business accounts and achieve revenue target.
- Maintain prospective and potential clients pipeline.
- Responsible for recruitment end to end.
- Review Meeting with the HR Manager and Team.
- Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and gather feedback to refine the processes/SOP

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Client handling skills, Marketing skills and social media posting and networking.
- Creative problem solving for client engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English-speaking skills.
- Hindi speaking skills
