**Position Overview**:
**Location**: villupuram / Tiruvannamalai/pondicherry

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the education technology space. Provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategies.

**Content Creation & Campaign Execution**:
**Lead Generation & Relationship Building**:

- Identify potential leads and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

**Product Presentations & Demonstrations**:

- Organize and deliver product presentations and demos to schools and colleges, showcasing the benefits of our AR/VR technologies.

**Travel & On-Site Engagement**:

- Willingness to travel to schools and colleges for meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions. A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

**Negotiation & Sales Support**:

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with schools and colleges. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and participating in education-focused events, conferences, and webinars to promote our AR/VR solutions.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on ROI. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.

**Mandatory Skills & Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills (English and Tamil)**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil. Ability to clearly explain product offerings and engage with educators.

**Presentation Skills**:

- Strong ability to deliver clear and persuasive presentations to both small and large audiences, particularly educators and administrators.

**Negotiation Skills**:

- Proven ability to negotiate terms and pricing with schools and colleges while balancing customer needs with company goals.

**Willingness to Travel**:

- Ability to travel regularly to schools and colleges for meetings and demos. A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

**Experience in Education Sector**:

- Previous experience working with schools and colleges is required. Familiarity with the educational system and decision-making processes is a plus.

**Two-Wheeler Driving License**:

- A valid two-wheeler driving license is essential.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Interest in AR/VR technologies or experience in the education technology space.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
