We are seeking a highly motivated and process oriented curriculum developer to join our remote team. Working closely with our CEO and a team of talented instructional designers, you would be a key producer of training modules that engages and upskills our audience who are working professionals in MNCs. APEX Global has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture—we look for people who are curious, inventive, self-motivated and have an appetite to learn. As the Content Developer for APEX Global, you’ll be responsible for the following duties: - Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop training modules - Conceptualize, create, and structure training modules/activities for ILT, elearning that drives learning and retention amongst audience. - Interact on a daily basis with international clients to gather their training needs and develop training modules to their satisfaction. - Actively support the team on actual training days and ensure customer satisfaction - Create compelling training aids like quick reference cards, posters, guides to enable learner excellence - Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content. If this sounds like a good fit for you, why not say hello? - Excellent writing and editing skills in English. - Familiarity with content development tools and software. - Formal learning or workplace learning on Training development, ADDIE model and the likes. - Ability to predict audience preferences with an analytical mindset. - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Effective communication skills. - Keen learner of customer excellence who is process oriented and able to think on their feet. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Morning shift **Experience**: - Curriculum development: 1 year (required) - Instructional design: 1 year (required) - Corporate Trainings: 1 year (required)
