- **Working Days and Timings**:_Monday
- Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm_
- **Position Overview**:_ _The Customer Support Executive is responsible for driving online 2w / 3w / 4w loan product sales through proactive selling techniques and exemplary customer service. This role requires communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Sales & Lead Generation:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on digital channels to promote auto loan products and services.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.Help customers take online loan journeys and get loan sanction letters.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets._
- _Customer Service & Management:

- Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints._
- _Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with loan products features, benefits, pricing, Rate of interest, EMI, Tenure and other promotional offers.Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services._
- _Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service and to share best practices.Attend team meetings and training sessions._
- _Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each call.Update customer records in the company's database as required._
- _Compliance:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations._
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Previous telesales experience, preferably in an auto loan / vehicle insurance call centre environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Basic Fluency in English.If you have any doubts please feel free to reach out on the below mentioned contact._
