**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Meeting Doctors to promote the company's range of products in the territory and generate secondary sales
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
- Achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Conversion of Doctor & retain and upgrade important DRs list regularly.
- To ensure availability of products at retail level.
- To meet on Daily basis - Doctors and retailers.
- To follow administrative system of organization.
- Should Provide market information (competition, potential and market data)
- Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company's products through POB are easily available for patients
- Develop strategies to build the customer base and improve sales numbers
- Should be Confident, Vibrant, Self Motivated, and Enthusiastic & Career Oriented.
- Should be a go-getter and able to make unique sales strategies.
- Pharma sales experience In Segments like General, Ortho, Gyanec & Pediatric
- Good communication in English and presentation skills
- Must be tech-savvy
- Willing to work in a start-up
- Must have Smart-Phone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
