Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Kondapur, Hyderabad

**Shift**: Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)

**Salary**: 4LPA - 6 LPA

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with US-based customers and clients via phone calls.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assisting in the sales process.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to converse comfortably with US customers and clients.
- Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 pm to 3:30 am) in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
