Position Summary:
The Tele Caller/Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for IT services and solutions in international markets. This includes making outbound calls, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. The goal of this role is to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify sales leads
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Identify and qualify leads based on company's sales criteria
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the CRM
Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are followed up on in a timely manner
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and challenges
Attend industry events and webinars to network with potential clients
Achieving the weekly and monthly targets of Lead Generation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele-calling and lead generation
Proven experience in IT services and solutions sales in international markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
Familiarity with international business customs and practices - especially Europe and USA
Fluent in English and any other languages as per the target market
2-6 years of experience in related field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
