**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all the positions shown in the Organogram are filled at any given point in time.
- Ensure all the positions required are filled with the right talent within the recruitment timelines as per Emerald Recruitment Policy.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
- Design, plan and execute Employer Branding activities.
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors of Emerald.
- Custodian of Employee Referral Bonus programs.
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct screening and interviews, administer psychometric tests etc.)
- Good at Recruitment Analytics.
- Generate weekly / monthly reports.
- Find bottle necks in the recruiting processes.
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruitment team.
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
- Managing new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees
- Creation of talent pipeline

**Salary**: From ₹800,000.00 per year
