Define the skill levels in each area supported by existing curriculum; week wise teaching plan, assignments and assessments.
- Preparing Margam & Aahar monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required by Donors / VIDYA
- Providing course specific advice to students and ensure sustainability of the course strategically, financially and with regard to ongoing high quality learning outcomes
- Developing admission process for qualifying Margam and Aahar Program at Thane
- Overseeing enrolment of students and participating in the Student Feedback Survey in accordance with VIDYA Feedback Policy
- Working hand in hand with volunteers and doing home visits
- Guide the team on need assessment of program and define roles and responsibilities of team in existing staff.
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of staff through appraisals to be carried out with staff.
- Create and maintain beneficiary tracking system record and ensure that fund requests and quarterly reports are sent before the due date and follow up if required.
- Preparing lesson plans and study material.
- Planning, evaluating and revising the curriculum, course material, course content and the methods of instruction.
- Maintaining the staff and student attendance record.
- Offer constructive feedback and individualized support to help students improve their skills and overcome challenges.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment and resources required for teaching tailoring and aahar classes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure the safe and proper use of equipment.
- Do any task as assigned by the PM/RH/OH.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
