**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform end-to-end ETL testing to validate data movement, transformation, and integration processes.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for ETL workflows, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Identify and document test cases, test scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Validate data integrity, accuracy, and quality across various data pipelines and systems.
- Act as a strong lead to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for task assignment and delivery.
- Track, monitor, and report on task progress and testing milestones while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL queries and automation tools to streamline testing processes and ensure efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to testing processes.

**Mandatory Skills and Qualifications**
- **ETL Testing Expertise**: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in ETL testing, data validation, and data integration testing.
- **Data Testing Proficiency**: Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- **Leadership and Coordination**: Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
- **Task Management**: Experience in tracking and monitoring tasks, identifying risks, and providing regular status updates.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and tools for ETL processes.
- Familiarity with big data testing tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in ETL tools or testing (e.g., Informatica, Talend, ISTQB) are a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
