**About the job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical positions and recruiting needs.
- Utilize data and your own knowledge to identify inefficiencies and improve your processes and pipelines.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

**Administrative Support**:

- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Provide support for employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.

**Requirement and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, administrative roles, or bookkeeping.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, achievement-oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail.
- Talent acquisition experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
