We are currently seeking a Product Trainer to understand the internal and external customers necessities for training on new products and features and shape the training material and content in order to meet those needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create/Prepare training material for internal and external users, the format of which will be byte size contents, all online, indexed and searchable, embedded in software, tracked and based on instructional design
- Utilize your basic Video editing skills in small informative video creation. (There are several trainers on LinkedIn who have Vlogs, Blogs, and Podcast curated by themselves)
- No multilingual skills are required, but if someone knows French, Chinese, or Thai, it will be an added advantage

**Required skills**:

- Confident and be able to deal with a diverse range of people.
- Should have excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Should be enthusiastic and willing to learn latest developments in the products.
- 3-5 years of experience or a potential fresh college grad, doing Tech content creations, and having all the skills would be greatly appreciated.
