Our platformhelps global enterprises automate expense audits, invoice processing, and spend insights,ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency at scale.As we continue to expand our customer base and evolve our product suite, our customer-facingteams — from Sales and Customer Success to Implementation and Support — must beequipped with deep product knowledge, strong value articulation, and the confidence to drivecustomer success.That’s where you come in.Role Overview:We’re looking for a dynamic Product Trainer to join our Enablement team and take ownershipof training and enablement for App Zen’s customer-facing functions.In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that help teamsunderstand, position, and maximize the value of App Zen’s products— including ExpenseAudit, Autonomous AP, Mastermind, and related AI modules.You’ll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Successto turn complex AI-driven capabilities into clear, actionable knowledge that empowers our teamsto deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Training & Enablement● Develop and deliver comprehensive product enablement programs for Sales, SolutionConsulting, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams.● Design interactive training modules on product capabilities, workflows, use cases, andintegrations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday).● Lead live enablement sessions , webinars, and product deep-dives for new features, releases,and major updates.● Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate release notes androadmaps into clear, value-driven narratives.2. Content Creation & Knowledge Management● Create and maintain training assets such as presentations, demo scripts, feature guides, andself-paced LMS modules.● Curate and manage the product enablement repository(e.g., Confluence, Highspot, Guru, orsimilar), ensuring all materials are current and easily accessible.● Develop certification programs or learning paths for customer-facing roles.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration● Collaborate with Enablement and Revenue Operations to identify skill gaps and trainingpriorities aligned with GTM goals.● Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure consistent messaging andproduct best practices across all customer touchpoints.● Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to stay informed about product evolution andfuture roadmap direction.4. Continuous Improvement & Measurement● Gather learner feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and continuously improve deliveryformats and content quality.● Track key metrics, including training participation, certification completion, and the impact ofproduct adoption.● Introduce data-driven insights to improve the enablement lifecycle and optimize training ROI.Required Experience & Qualifications:● 4+ years of experience in Product Training, Enablement, or Learning & Development within aSaa S or enterprise software company.● Proven track record of building and delivering product training that drives measurableoutcomes for GTM or Customer Success teams.● Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills, especially for complex software andAI solutions.● Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Lessonly, Seismic, or similar).● Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, andRevenue teams.● Preferred Experience working in Fin Tech, Spend Management, or AI Automationenvironments.● Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, or Coupa.● Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE,Kirkpatrick, etc.).● Certification in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Learning Technologies is a plus.What Success Looks Like:● Customer-facing teams demonstrate deep product fluency and confidently position● New feature rollouts are effectively enabled with timely, engaging, and measurable learningexperiences.● Product training drives improved sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and retentionmetrics● A scalable enablement framework supports global growth and onboarding for all GTMfunctions.
