Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Trainer to join our Training Department. You will design and deliver product training programs to both internal teams and external clients globally. Your work will ensure users understand and use our products confidently, supporting overall client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product training sessions onsite and virtually
  • Develop and update training materials like presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and videos
  • Work closely with Product Specialists, Project Managers, and other teams to keep training content up-to-date
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training tailored to specific needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
  • Provide post-training support
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports
  • Travel to client sites and regional offices as required

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong oral and written communication in English
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in delivering structured training programs
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Willing to work UK business hours (12 PM 9 PM IST)
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Some knowledge of computer software and technology
  • 12 years of experience in training or client-facing roles
  • Experience creating multimedia learning materials
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
