- 2. Utilizing and managing applicant tracking system.- 3. Providing recruitment reports/Updates to hiring managers on regular basis.-
- 5. Preparing job description based on mandates/specifications provided by the hiring managers/hods of various department.- 6. Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision-making.- 7. Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.**Key Attributes for Success**:
