**Role Description-**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, negotiating deals, and providing feedback to the management team. The role also involves preparing presentations, attending conferences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities-**
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, including upselling services to existing clients.
- Create and implement effective strategies for client retention and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Track client feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client servicing, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
