**Title: Customer Care & Order Fulfilment Executive**

**Location: Coimbatore**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience.
- Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with open and interactive communication.
- Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers/clients for future evaluation.
- Follow the procedure, guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.
- Manage Customer Order Processing and Fulfilment.
- Manage Return/Replacement process of orders.
- Work with suppliers to process and shipment of orders most cost-effective method and efficiently.
- Works to ensure that current and future suppliers are identified and customer needs are addressed.
- Responsible for Purchase and Procurement of Materials.
- Packing of orders placed online and offline.
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Should be able to communicate in Hindi
- Should be excellent with their communication skills
- Should also have strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Should be able to multi-task.
- This job strongly demands good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.

**Education**:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.

**Experience**: Freshers / 0 - 1 Year

**Job Type**:Full-time / Remote

**Monthly Gross Salary**:INR 15,000
