Roles:

- Attend court sessions and meetings to capture and transcribe spoken material accurately and efficiently.
- Type and format a variety of legal documents, letters, and other written communications from dictation and handwritten notes.
- Review and proofread transcriptions and typed documents for accuracy, grammatical correctness, and alignment with firm standards.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring all records are kept secure and confidential when required.
- Assist with additional clerical duties as needed, including file organization, data entry, and scheduling, to support the administrative efficiency of the legal team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any graduation
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in stenography and typing, ideally within a legal setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in shorthand with a minimum speed of 100-120 words per minute.
- Strong typing skills, with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting standards.
- Experience using transcription tools, stenography equipment, and word processing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
