**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take shorthand notes and accurately transcribe in Marathi and English.
- Draft and format letters, reports, and official documents.
- Maintain and manage office records, files, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting minutes and assist in internal/external communications.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Certification in Marathi and English typing (mandatory).**:

- Knowledge of **stenography/shorthand** in both languages.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command over Marathi & English (written and verbal).
- Minimum **12th Pass / Graduate** (preferred).
- Prior experience as **Steno-Typist/Clerk/Typist** will be an added advantage.
