Job Summary:

Bhagwati Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Steno-Typist proficient in Marathi and English typing. The candidate must hold valid certifications in both languages and be capable of handling stenography, drafting, and official documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take shorthand notes and accurately transcribe in Marathi and English.
  • Draft and format letters, reports, and official documents.
  • Maintain and manage office records, files, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and assist in internal/external communications.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification in Marathi and English typing (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of stenography/shorthand in both languages.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command over Marathi & English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior experience as Steno-Typist/Clerk/Typist will be an added advantage.
