**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize Aveva PDMS/E3D Aveva Prod and Aveva E3D software to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of design and engineering software within the Oil and Gas domain.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aveva software to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure software tools are effectively utilized for project success.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software configurations and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on the effective use of Aveva software tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all software-related activities.
- Conduct regular software audits to identify and address potential issues.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve software usage and efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless software integration and updates.
- Monitor software performance and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
- Provide detailed reports on software usage and performance to management.
- Support the development of new workflows and processes to enhance project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Aveva PDMS/E3D Aveva Prod and Aveva E3D with at least 5 years of experience.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining software documentation.
- Have experience in training and mentoring team members on software tools.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and other departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives for software usage and efficiency.
- Possess a keen eye for detail to conduct thorough software audits and address potential issues.
