**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Develop and design engaging visuals, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce on-brand graphics for campaigns, website, and promotional materials.
- Design visual assets for presentations, educational content, and course material to enhance user engagement.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for TIPS-G and client projects, including explainer videos, promotional videos, event highlights, and testimonials.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to create engaging video content.
- Work on raw footage to create professional-quality videos by trimming, cutting, and color grading as required.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the creation of digital content for these channels.

**Key Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Good communication skills to present ideas and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in digital marketing or working within an agency setting.
- Knowledge of photography and an eye for capturing visual stories.
