About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global marketing team and an innovative organization embarking on the next phase of its growth. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing both static and motion graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas and enhance the visual appeal of our B2 B Saa S products. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and branding strategies to create engaging content for various platforms. This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, and Pune. Key Responsibilities: Design and Animation : Create static graphics, animations, explainer videos, GIFs, and promotional materials tailored to the needs of B2 B Saa S marketing campaigns. Concept Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visually compelling designs. Storyboarding : Develop storyboards to outline animation sequences and ensure alignment with project goals. Video Production : Produce high-quality motion graphics videos from concept to final production, including scripting, illustration, animation, and editing. Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding guidelines and visual identity. Software Expertise : Utilize industry-standard tools for creating motion graphics and static designs. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other designers to deliver cohesive multimedia solutions. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sciences, marketing, design, or a related field. Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in a B2 B Saa S organization. Overall motion graphics design experience of at least 4 years. Good understanding and experience of using graphics design tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing), Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics creation), Adobe Photoshop (image editing), Mocha Pro, Adobe Express, and Gen AI tools for image and video generation. Strong storytelling ability through visuals. Expertise in typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to troubleshoot design challenges effectively.  A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics projects and static designs relevant to B2 B Saa S or similar industries.
