Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, as well as analysis Key Responsibilities: Create Static, Video ads to be run as performance marketing ads Create Social Media Posts to be uploaded across Instagram and Facebook and perhaps LinkedIn as well Ownership of branding projects, inclding logo design, collateral design and other assets End-to-end handling of video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media. Create long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across platforms. Work independently, including identifying the most impactful timestamps from recorded videos (e.G., Q&A/Webinars) for engaging short clips and teasers. Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content. Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design. Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision. Education, Expertise & Experience: 3+ years in video editing and graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form). Understanding of the marketing industry and its trends.
