**Position**:Customer Service - International Inbound Voice Process - Technical Support

**CTC**:2 - 4 LPA

**Exp**: 6m

**Role Description**

As a Customer Service Executive (International Voice) in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service over the phone. You will resolve customer queries or concerns related to the product, service or account they hold. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and work under pressure
- Experience using a computer for a variety of tasks
- Fluent in English and able to understand different accents
- Solid technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with customer service and support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have an extensive understanding of communication LAN/WAN networking components (i.e., PCs, Routers, Multiplexers, Bridges, and Switches. etc.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)
- Customer service executive: 1 year (required)
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
