**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and operate water treatment equipment to ensure safe and clean water supply.
- Conduct tests and analyze water samples to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on water treatment systems, including pumps, filters, and chemical dosing equipment.
- Respond to equipment failures and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of the water treatment plant.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, ITI with any trade, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Additional training or experience in water treatment operations is beneficial.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a water treatment plant, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and regulations.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
