As a **Design & Branding Coordinator**, your primary responsibility will be to manage and facilitate the coordination between Management and external vendors/agencies. This role is focused solely on ensuring that all creative and marketing projects are executed efficiently, maintaining alignment with the brand’s guidelines and expectations. You will handle communication, track project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.

**Position**: **Design & Branding Coordinator**

**Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure the timely execution of creative projects.
- Coordinate the production of print materials, such as s**tandees, signage, brochures, and catalogues**, ensuring they meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project expectations.

**Vendor & External Partner Coordination**:

- Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external vendors/agencies for coordination purposes only.
- Ensure that vendors understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Track project progress, handling any issues that arise and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the mediator between management and external partners, ensuring all communication is clear and expectations are met.
- Coordinate feedback and approvals from internal teams to ensure smooth workflow between all parties involved.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in Design Coordinator, project coordination, vendor management, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay information effectively between multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Note: This position is purely focused on coordination tasks and does not involve core design responsibilities.**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full day working on Saturday)**

**Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
