Copious is looking to hire an enthusiastic & passionate **International Inside Sales & BD** specialist to join our team and be responsible for grabbing buyers’ attention through lead generation & nurturing.
**Place of work: - **Noida/Patna. Until we do not go to the office, it can hybrid working setup. Must be available to travel domestically or internationally if required.

**What you will be doing**
- Participating & creating different marketing activities to support lead generation including social media and content marketing.
- Ensuring all leads are qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and by understanding their pain points/challenges.
- Working closely with a feet-on-street team with the objective of converting leads to customers.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation system (NetSuite).
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as agreed with the business.
**What you should have**
- A Master's or Diploma in Sales, Marketing & IT, or a related degree.
- Work experience in an international role would be preferred. Having experience in the African region would be an advantage.
- Work experience in software services OR consulting & implementation services industry would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to research and utilize available resources for problem-solving.
- Comfortable using marketing automation platforms (CRM, social media, Built With, SEO tool, etc.).
- Serious ownership & self-learning initiatives.
