Where You’ll Make a Difference- Develop and deliver local market insights through an outstanding and uncommon customer experience.- Bring forward the trends, opportunities, initiatives and targeted local marketing promotions and creative impactful communication.- Ability to have real category insight, be curious about markets and consumers and therefore produce uncommon presentations that have commercial relevance along with innovative ideas that create an experience.- Drive local engagement with customers with powerful storytelling, compelling ideas, and meaningful ways to connect.- Provide market analysis and the generation of insights on markets, new potential customers, brands, food and beverage products and ingredients and associated recommendations for the business.- Support pro-active and reactive customer-driven projects in a way that significantly increases the chances of generating and/or winning business opportunities.- Be a strategic partner for the India Subcontinent by bringing forward local insights, trends and identifying opportunities, and relevant initiatives.- Deliver creative and impactful communication (internally and externally).- Support marketing communication and event management (exhibitions, conferences, food safaris, communication planning etc.)
What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or any other relevant discipline.- Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably within the Food Ingredients or FMCG industry.- Proven experience in market analysis, communication campaigns, concept development and event management.- Strong project management skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Can-do attitude, ambitious, proactive and ready to embrace and deliver change.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Willingness to travel as required.
